美国路易斯安那州立大学(LSU)岩土工程全奖博士生招生(2027春/秋季）

美国路易斯安那州立大学(LSU)土木与环境工程系(CEE)岩土工程专业(Geotechnical Engineering Program)现招收两名全额资助的博士生，欢迎有意向的申请者申请。博士研究课题将致力于基于物理信息神经网络(Physics-Informed Neural Networks, PINNs)的岩土力学建模研究，具体包括静力触探(CPTu)测试结果反演、土体大变形弹塑性固结分析、以及海上风电桩基础建模。相关研究项目由美国国家科学基金会(NSF)和美国陆军工程兵团(USACE)资助。 关于申请材料，请注意目前申请LSU CEE研究生项目无需提交GRE成绩。另外，符合条件的博士生将有机会获得免学费以及每年超过$30,000的生活津贴。欢迎力学、土木、石油工程等相关专业有兴趣的同学通过邮件方式联系Dr. Shengli Chen (shenglichen@lsu.edu)提交申请材料或咨询详情。如果对该职位有任何问题，也欢迎在下方留言或者通过邮件向Dr. Chen进一步了解信息。 Two fully funded PhD positions are available in the field of Geotechnical/Petroleum Engineering at Louisiana State University (LSU). Interested candidates are invited to apply for the Geotechnical Engineering Program in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering (CEE), LSU. The PhD positions will focus on developing Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs) for geomechanics applications, including CPTu interpretation, large-strain elastoplastic consolidation analysis, and offshore wind turbine pile modelling. The research is sponsored by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Please note that GRE is currently waived for applicants to CEE graduate programs, and qualified candidates may expect to receive a stipend of more than $30,000 per 12-month period.
