l-Methyl-3-[2-(purin-6-yIthio)ethyl]urea (XI). Method C—A solution of commercial 2-aminoethanethiol hydrochloride(13.0 g., 0.0116 mole) in methanol (90 ml.) was treated with asolution of sodium methoxide (5.5 g., 0.10 mole) in methanol(110 ml.), a slight excess of the hydrochloride being requisite.The solvent was removed under reduced pressure with care
being taken not to volatilize the free base. The residue was extracted
with two 50ml. portions of warm chloroform, and the chloroform extract was filtered, cooled (0-5°), and treated with methyl isocyanate18 (6.6 ml., 0.10 mole). After 15 min. at room temperature, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure leaving crude l-(2-mercaptoethyl)-3-methylurea (13.0 g.,93%) as a pale yellow oil.
A well stirred mixture of crudel-(2-mercaptoethyl)-3-methylurea,6-chloropurine (13.8 g., 0.0895 mole), potassium carbonate (12.4 g., 0.0898 mole), and N,N-dimethylformamide(50 ml.) was heated at 80-90° for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was evaporated to dryness in vacuo, and the semisolid residue was extracted with three 50ml. portions of hot ethanol. Concentration and cooling of the combined extracts produced two crops of crude XI, m.p. 230°, totaling 2.95 g. Additional product (3.4 g.,m.p. 232°) was obtained from the mother liquor by evaporation to dryness in vacuo and precipitation of the residual solid from water solution (30 ml.) at pH 7. Recrystallization of the combined crops from ethanol and then from water afforded 5.33 g.(23.5%)

1-甲基-3-[2-(嘌呤-6-硫代)乙基]脲(Ⅺ)。
方法C:在含有市售2-盐酸半胱氨(13.0g,0.0116摩尔)的甲醇(90mL)溶液中加入含有甲氧基钠(5.5g,0.10摩尔)的甲醇(110mL)溶液中,盐酸化物微过量。在减压情况下小心去除溶剂,避免游离碱的挥发。用50mL温热的氯仿萃取两次残余物,将氯仿萃取物过滤并冷却(0-5°),加入异氰酸甲酯18(6.6mL,0.10摩尔)。15分钟后,在室温减压情况下去除溶剂,剩余的粗提物为类似淡黄色油状物的1-(2-巯乙基)-3-甲基脲(13.0g,93%)。
1-(2-巯乙基)-3-甲基脲粗提物、6-氯嘌呤(13.8g,0.0895摩尔)、碳酸钾(12.4g,0.0898摩尔)以及N,N-二甲基酰胺的混合物搅拌充分,并在80-90°下加热2小时。将反应混合物在真空中蒸发至干燥,半固体状态的残余物用50毫升热乙醇萃取3次。浓缩并冷却化合态的残余物并制成两份Ⅺ粗提物,m.p.230°,总量2.95g。通过在真空中将母液蒸发至干燥的方式得到剩余产物(3.4g,m.p.230°),并在pH为7的水溶液(30mL)中沉淀剩余固体。先在乙醇中,然后在水中使化合态的产品重结晶,产量为5.33g(23.5%)。

稍微给点建议
“盐酸化物微过量”改为“盐酸半胱氨需微过量”是不是更合适,the hydrochloride 应该指的是前面提到的盐酸半胱氨
“用50mL温热的氯仿萃取两次残余物”以及“半固体状态的残余物用50毫升热乙醇萃取3次”分别改为“用两份50mL温热的氯仿连续萃取残余物”和“半固体状态的残余物用3份50毫升热乙醇连续萃取”,逻辑关系会不会更清晰
看了楼上mm的翻译很羡慕啊,厉害
