[交流] International Journal of Mechanical Sciences投稿5个月没消息已有4人参与

六月中旬投International Journal of Mechanical Sciences一篇稿件，到现在超过五个月了外审还没结束，期间催了一次，说一个审稿人意见已经回来了，另外一个迟迟没有动静，他们已经发reminder催了，可是到今天还是没消息，真想再催催，又怕编辑烦了，呵呵！

Unfortunately despite sending further reminders the outstanding reviewer has still not responded. Therefore I have now forwarded your manuscript on to the Editors with the one review we have received.

They will make a decision as to whether to invite further new reviewers or provide a decision on the one set of comments they have, depending how detailed these are.
