3个月前投的文章，今天终于有消息了，刚刚好3个月 编辑给的结果是： After careful review we have determined that your paper might be of interest for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, after revisions, if those revisions fully and properly address the concerns of the reviewers. The comments from the reviewers appearing below may include specific revisions that are mandatory and other changes suggested. It is, rather, a recognition by our reviewers and editors that there appears to be something of interest in your paper. Your revision will be reviewed by the same reviewers who read the current draft. Please submit your revised paper within 60 days of receiving this letter. After 60 days the revision will expire and you will need an extension in order to submit the revised paper. 不知道是不是套话，反正看了半天也不知道到底行还不行，能归类成大修还是小修？ 而且奇怪的是只有2个审稿意见，都很短： Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author I think that this paper is profitable. However, I want to confirm the following item. 中间3行省略。This is a bad direction for the system. The author should refer this respect with paper. 这第一个提出了一个之前没有仔细考虑的问题，但是不是文章讨论的主要问题，只能说是一个侧面问题，各位看看是不是很强硬，有没有灵活余地？ Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author The paper is very well written and presents a novel work which can increase the security of...... The authors have well presented the problem and their proposed solution. Eventhough there is no experimental work which validates the theory, I consider the way the simulations were conducted can be convincing enough about the effectiveness of the method. 第二个意见貌似很好啊，不用改了么？ 第一次投trans，请各位赐教，多谢 另外，编辑的这封信还用回复么？还是等着修改完提交就好？ 11月20日提交的修改稿，只修改了4天，因为没有提太多意见 今天，11月24日就收到录用通知了 多谢各位！ [ Last edited by Jimmyoung on 2009-11-24 at 22:47 ] |
