[交流] IEEE Trans Energy Conversion初审结果，请各位帮忙鉴定(已确定接收，谢谢各位)

3个月前投的文章，今天终于有消息了，刚刚好3个月

编辑给的结果是：

revisions that are mandatory and other changes suggested. You

不知道是不是套话，反正看了半天也不知道到底行还不行，能归类成大修还是小修？

而且奇怪的是只有2个审稿意见，都很短：

I think that this paper is profitable. However, I want to confirm the following item.
中间3行省略。This is a bad direction for the system. The author should refer this respect with paper.

这第一个提出了一个之前没有仔细考虑的问题，但是不是文章讨论的主要问题，只能说是一个侧面问题，各位看看是不是很强硬，有没有灵活余地？

The paper is very well written and presents a novel work which can increase the security of......
The authors have well presented the problem and their proposed solution.
Eventhough there is no experimental work which validates the theory, I consider the way the simulations were conducted can be convincing enough about the effectiveness of the method.

11月20日提交的修改稿，只修改了4天，因为没有提太多意见
