PLAT432_ALERT_2_C Short Inter X...Y Contact O1 .. C3 .. 3.01 Ang. 我没改就投，编辑的回复： There are several problems with the structure reported in this paper: - unusual short intermolecular contacts (e.g. O1 C2[3/2-x,1/2+y,1/2-z], -0.26 Angstrom shorter then the sum of the Van der Waalsradii) - large discrepencies between F(obs) and F(calc) (e.g. -6 2 3) - some reflections are missing (e.g. -4 0 2, which was expected to be strong) - unsual positions of residual density - unstable positions of some of the H-atoms in free refinement All these issues suggest a serious problem like twinning, disorder or an incorrect space group assignment. 这怎么办？还请高手指教！！！ |
