编辑的意思是不是说一稿多投呢？很怕呀

我的两篇文章研究方法一样，第二篇扩充了一些，侧重点也区别了一点，说来都是研究一个东西，一个是二阶的，另一个是多阶的。审稿人回信说到了以前的文章说没必要发这篇，具体的话在下面： The paper analyzes the filter characteristics of a fiber loop mirror that consists of a number of polarization-maintaining fiber sections. The authors have already published a detailed paper on the subject (not cited): I really do not see the point of publishing another similar paper. In fact, the subject has been studied in detail by various groups. The analysis is pretty straightforward, given the existing literature. The authors fail to cite many of the relevant papers. See, for example, the following papers, where the same fiber loop mirror is demonstrated for different applications. 其中一个审稿人这样说是不是在说一稿多投呢？编辑只是回信拒绝。现在很害怕，这样会不会有影响呀？算不算一稿多投呢？ 大家虫友帮忙看看呀。 |
