Gold tube for enriching - the domestic cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry for testing mercury's quantity of particles in airconditioner

abstract:through improving the domestic atomic fluorescence spectrometer system,we pyrolysis sample by heating through the method of Gold tube for enriching - the domestic cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry for testing mercury's quantity of particulates in airconditioner. Sample pyrolysis temperature is 700-750OC,the releasing temperature for gold tube is 5500C,  speed of gas flow for carrying sample is 120 mL/min.The detection limit of method is 1pg, the content of mercury is in linear relationship  within the scope of 0 ~ 1.5 ng, standard deviation is 2.23%.Mercury's quantity of GBW07410 proved the accuracy of the method, and the particles in a hospital's airconditioner is analyzed for testing mercury's content.

Gold canal enrichment-homemade cold atomic fluorescence spectrometry determine mercury in air particulate matter
Abstract Though homemade atomic fluorescence spectrometry sampling system ameliorated, the mercury of air particulate matter were determined with the Gold canal-line pyrolysis sample enrichment cold atomic fluorescence . The temperature of Sample pyrolysis was 700¡æ~750¡æ, the release temperature of gold canal was 550¡æ,the flow rate of the sample carrier gas was 120 mL/min. The method detection limit was 1pg,the mercury content present linear relationship in the range of 0~1.5ng , the determination standard deviation was 2.23%.The accuracy of the method was verified by Hg of National Soil standard GBW07410 and the mercury content of a hospital in air particulate matter were analyzed.
