青岛科技大学环境与安全工程学院膜分离与环境资源化团队为进一步优化团队结构，深化酶工程与发酵工程相关方向布局，提升科研创新能力与产学研协同水平，现面向海内外公开招聘科研人员1名。根据应聘者学术水平、科研成果及综合能力，择优聘任为博士后、讲师、副教授或教授。 一、招聘岗位与层次 本次招聘实行“按需聘任、一人一议”，不唯职称，更重视科研实力与发展潜力。 1. 教授 在酶工程、发酵工程等相关领域具有较深厚的学术积累和较为突出的代表性成果，具备明确稳定的研究方向和良好的学术影响力，符合学校高层次人才引进条件，能够协同推动团队科研发展与产学研融合，提升学术与行业影响力。 2. 副教授 在相关研究方向具有扎实的科研基础和一定代表性成果，具备独立开展科研工作的能力，符合学校相应层次人才引进条件，具有良好的团队协作意识和成果转化意识。 3. 博士后 / 讲师 原则上年龄不超过35周岁，近三年内获得博士学位，具备较强的科研潜力和独立开展研究的能力；有实验体系搭建或工程实践经验者优先。博士后需符合学校博士后入站基本要求并全职在站开展研究工作。 二、招聘专业方向 核心方向： 酶工程、发酵工程 相关方向： 生物工程、生物化工、微生物工程、合成生物学等。具有交叉学科背景或愿意开展交叉合作，能够融入团队整体发展规划者优先考虑。 三、岗位支持与保障 依托 青岛科技大学 人才引进与培养政策，提供良好的发展环境与保障条件： 1. 薪酬待遇 按照学校同类岗位标准执行，提供具有竞争力的年薪及绩效待遇；根据层次享受相应安家费、住房补贴及相关福利。博士后可享受学校及地方相关配套政策。 2. 科研支持 提供科研启动经费，开放学校及学院科研平台与实验室资源；支持申报国家、省、市各类科研项目及人才计划，提供全过程服务与协助。 3. 发展空间 建立清晰的职业发展通道，支持参加国内外学术交流与进修培训；符合条件者可优先推荐参与相关学科建设与团队发展工作。 4. 生活保障 符合条件者可协助办理子女入学、配偶安置及人才公寓申请等事宜，具体按学校及地方政策执行。 四、应聘方式 请将以下材料打包发送至指定邮箱，邮件标题注明“姓名-聘任层次-专业方向”： 1. 个人简历（含学习工作经历、代表性成果等）； 2. 代表性科研成果证明材料； 3. 个人简述（研究方向与发展规划简述）。 联系方式： 张老师：zhangyang@qust.edu.cn Position Overview The College of Environment and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) invites applications for one full-time research position in Enzyme Engineering and Fermentation Engineering. Appointment rank is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's academic achievements, research experience, and overall qualifications. Successful applicants may be appointed as: Professor/Associate Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher We value research strength, innovation potential, and collaborative spirit over rigid title requirements. Primary Focus: Enzyme Engineering/Fermentation Engineering Related Areas: Biochemical Engineering/Microbial Engineering/Synthetic Biology/Bio-based Process Engineering Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or strong interest in cross-disciplinary collaboration are particularly encouraged to apply.
