青岛科技大学环境与安全工程学院膜分离与环境资源化团队为进一步优化团队结构，深化酶工程与发酵工程相关方向布局，提升科研创新能力与产学研协同水平，现面向海内外公开招聘科研人员1名。根据应聘者学术水平、科研成果及综合能力，择优聘任为博士后、讲师、副教授或教授。
一、招聘岗位与层次
本次招聘实行“按需聘任、一人一议”，不唯职称，更重视科研实力与发展潜力。
1. 教授
在酶工程、发酵工程等相关领域具有较深厚的学术积累和较为突出的代表性成果，具备明确稳定的研究方向和良好的学术影响力，符合学校高层次人才引进条件，能够协同推动团队科研发展与产学研融合，提升学术与行业影响力。
2. 副教授
在相关研究方向具有扎实的科研基础和一定代表性成果，具备独立开展科研工作的能力，符合学校相应层次人才引进条件，具有良好的团队协作意识和成果转化意识。
3. 博士后 / 讲师
原则上年龄不超过35周岁，近三年内获得博士学位，具备较强的科研潜力和独立开展研究的能力；有实验体系搭建或工程实践经验者优先。博士后需符合学校博士后入站基本要求并全职在站开展研究工作。

生物工程、生物化工、微生物工程、合成生物学等。具有交叉学科背景或愿意开展交叉合作，能够融入团队整体发展规划者优先考虑。

Position Overview

The College of Environment and Safety Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) invites applications for one full-time research position in Enzyme Engineering and Fermentation Engineering.

Appointment rank is flexible and will be determined based on the candidate's academic achievements, research experience, and overall qualifications. Successful applicants may be appointed as:

Professor/Associate Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher

We value research strength, innovation potential, and collaborative spirit over rigid title requirements.

Primary Focus:

Enzyme Engineering/Fermentation Engineering

Related Areas:

Biochemical Engineering/Microbial Engineering/Synthetic Biology/Bio-based Process Engineering

Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds or strong interest in cross-disciplinary collaboration are particularly encouraged to apply.

Expectations by Rank

Professor:

Established research record with significant publications and/or technology achievements

Clear and independent research agenda

Ability to lead research initiatives and contribute to academic development and industry collaboration

Associate Professor:

Solid publication record and demonstrated research independence

Potential to secure competitive research funding

Active participation in collaborative and translational research

Lecturer / Postdoctoral Researcher:

Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (normally obtained within the past three years for postdoctoral applicants)

Strong research potential and ability to conduct independent work

Practical experience in experimental system construction or process development is highly desirable

Full-time on-site engagement required for postdoctoral appointment
