谁能帮我解释一下？ I presume 40 micrograms of protein, no determination of enzyme concentration is given, just total protein content which is roughly the PM of the obtained recombinant proteins? Are they oligomeric proteins,at least a Western blotting would have been useful. In addition, one unit of activity is one unit by definition, and the measured unitS are proportional then proportional to the enzime content of the sample. |

Are they oligomeric proteins,at least a Western blotting would have been useful. 换成 if they are oligomeric proteins,at least a Western blotting would have been useful. In addition, one unit of activity is one unit by definition, and the measured unitS are proportional then proportional to the enzime content of the sample. |
