爱尔兰国立科克大学土木人工智能博士CSC专项全额奖学金

1 PhD position in Geotechnical Engineering at University College Cork (UCC) to be fully funded by UCC-CSC Scholarship starting from Autumn 2026.PhD visiting students and visiting post-doctors are also welcome. Civil Engineering in University College Cork has a long and distinguished tradition dating back to 1845. Dr. Zili Li is a tenured Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering at University College Cork, and a Visiting Professor / Affiliate Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), US. His research interests mainly include, big data, machine learning, computer vision and novel monitoring technologies in infrastructure engineering and energy geotechnics. https://www.ucc.ie/en/civileng/people/drzilili/ Dr. Li holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Tongji University in China. He acted as the chair conference organiser of the 4th International Symposium on Machine Learning and Big Data in Geoscience 2023, and is the PI of CERN tunnel monitoring project and won prestigious Science Foundation Ireland Frontiers for the Future Programme research grant. Currently, he is mentoring 3 Postdocs, 8 PhDs and hosting 1 visiting PhD students at UCC. Qualified PhD students will have opportunities to visit University of Cambridge / UC Berkeley, US or Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) 6 ~ 12 months for joint research projects.
