Nanocrystalline cerium(IV) oxide (CeO2) powders have been prepared by adding hydrazine monohydrate to an aqueous solution of hydrous cerium nitrate (Ce(NO3)3z 6H2O), followed by washing and drying. The lattice parameter of the as-prepared powder is a = 0.5415 nm. The powder characteristics and sinterability of reactive CeO2 have been studied. The surface areas of powders that have been heated at low temperatures are high, and these surface areas do not decrease to 10 m2/g until the temperature is >1200°C. Crystallite size and particle size are strongly dependent on the heating temperature. Optimum sintered densities are obtained by calcining in the temperature range of 700°–800°C. Ceramics with almost-full density can be fabricated at a temperature as low as 1150°C.

氧化铈粉末可以通过把联氨一水合物加入到Ce(NO3)3z 6H2O的水溶液中,之后通过水洗和干燥而制备。已制备的粉末晶格参数是a=0.5415纳米。活性CeO2的粉末特性和烧结能力已经被研究。在低温下被加热的粉末表面积很高,该表面积知道温度达到1200度才会减少到10m2/g.晶体尺寸和颗粒尺寸取决于加热温度。最佳烧结密度可以通过在700-800度的范围内煅烧而获得。全密度的陶器可以再温度1150度下被焊接。Sample Text
