| In accordance with the technological requirement of the ethylene industrial development in the 11th five-year plan, based on “emphasizing self innovation, improving competitiveness” for absorbing and digesting the foreign advanced technologies, the focus is on the technological transplant and modification in order to recreate innovative products having independent intellectual property rights. The technology of cracking furnace needs breakthrough, and thus the design, manufacture, follow-up service and quality assurance should be integrated and the centralization of equipments should be promoted. This will lead to major reduction of the cost of reconstruction, expansion of new projects for ethylene, and enhancement of the competitiveness of ethylene enterprises. |
