一篇论文收到审稿人的回复，这篇论文涉及到一些药剂对酶活性的影响 审稿人的对这个意见如下： Comment : For the results section, the variations in activities should be tested using the raw activity data. The comments are made on increase relative activi-ties (Activity After Addition/Initial Activity). Care should be take in interpreting this ratio when increase in activity is argued since the expected ration if [(Activity After Addition/Initial Activity)×(1+Coefficient of Variation{Initial Activity}2]. In other words, the ratio has an upward bias.(某篇跟生化数据统计有关的论文）。 一般来说，这个方面的实验结果都是用（添加药剂后的活性/对照的活性）*100来表示的，审稿人的意见是什么意思呢，是暗示要引用他的论文吗? 多谢大家指点啊 |
