本文采用滤纸模板制备法制备ZnO。所采用的前驱液为二水合醋酸锌Zn-(OOC-CH3)2•2H2O（A.R北京化工厂）的无水乙醇（A.R北京化工厂）透明溶液，浓度为1.5mol/l。采用的模板为定量滤纸（英国Whatman公司CarlSchleicher & Schüll无灰定量滤纸，灼烧灰分＜0.005%）。快速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/1，孔径为12～25μm；中速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/2，孔径为4～12μm；慢速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/3，孔径为2μm。 首先将前驱液添加到定量滤纸上，常温下滤纸在溶液中浸没一分钟，使滤纸充分吸收前驱液，制成前驱体模板，将前驱体模版置于两个光滑薄板（用去离子水和无水乙醇多次超声洗涤，并于70 oC干燥箱烘干）之间，通过上下两层薄板压制前驱体模板，排出多余溶液和气泡，在挤压力的作用下同时缓慢抽取出前驱液模版，此时模板上已形成前驱液的分子薄层，最后于马弗炉(德国纳博热炉业设备有限公司LH 15/13型)中高温煅烧模板(300-1100oC for <5 min)，待滤纸灰份充分燃烧反应，醋酸锌乙醇溶液反应完全，最终快速生成纳米氧化锌薄膜。 |
