本文采用滤纸模板制备法制备ZnO。所采用的前驱液为二水合醋酸锌Zn-(OOC-CH3)2•2H2O(A.R北京化工厂)的无水乙醇(A.R北京化工厂)透明溶液,浓度为1.5mol/l。采用的模板为定量滤纸(英国Whatman公司CarlSchleicher & Schüll无灰定量滤纸,灼烧灰分<0.005%)。快速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/1,孔径为12~25μm;中速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/2,孔径为4~12μm;慢速定量滤纸型号为Grade 589/3,孔径为2μm。
   首先将前驱液添加到定量滤纸上,常温下滤纸在溶液中浸没一分钟,使滤纸充分吸收前驱液,制成前驱体模板,将前驱体模版置于两个光滑薄板(用去离子水和无水乙醇多次超声洗涤,并于70 oC干燥箱烘干)之间,通过上下两层薄板压制前驱体模板,排出多余溶液和气泡,在挤压力的作用下同时缓慢抽取出前驱液模版,此时模板上已形成前驱液的分子薄层,最后于马弗炉(德国纳博热炉业设备有限公司LH 15/13型)中高温煅烧模板(300-1100oC for <5 min),待滤纸灰份充分燃烧反应,醋酸锌乙醇溶液反应完全,最终快速生成纳米氧化锌薄膜。
