由于热风干燥的扇贝柱表面有较多缝隙, 所以在吸水初期的吸水速度很快(见图4) ,吸水能力很强,但在60 m in以后EHD和热风干燥的扇贝柱的吸水速度加快, 他们在120分钟之后的吸水率与热风干燥的扇贝柱基本相同。 The incipient water absorbent rate of the scallop muscle dried by hot air is faster because its more surface cracks (Figure 4), but, the EHD and ambient air dried scallop muscle could absorb more water compared to oven-dried samples in 60 m in, and the water absorbent of the scallop muscle dried by EHD and ambient air are as same as that of oven-dried samples |
