摘要 有机硒药物是一类新型的化合物，由于其具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤以及治疗神经疾病等方面的作用，成为药物研究的热点。近年来新报道的药理活性还有抗炎、抗衰老、防治心血管疾病及预防肝病等方面的作用。由于硒具有独特的生化、药理性质，因此开发含硒类药物极具意义。本文就近年来有机硒潜在药物的研究进展进行综述。 关键词 硒；有机硒化合物；硒研究进展 Abstract：Organoselenium drug is a new family of compounds. Due to its anti-virus, anti-cancer and treatment of neurological diseases and so on, organoselenium compounds have become the hot spot in drug research. In recent years, there much more organoselenium pharmacology activities are reported, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, cardiovascular disease prevention and cure and liver ailment prevention, et al. Its unique chemical and biological property makes the organoselenium drug development especially meaningful. The purpose of this review is to summarize the progress in potential organoselenium drug.
