论文接受后，编辑部发邮件提醒缺少附件。但将附件图通过邮件提交后，编辑部说文章接收了，这些材料不归他们管，请问应该如何正确提交缺少的材料？ We recently contacted you about the file problem(s) for the above-mentioned article, but we have not yet received a reply from you.
