刚才使用 https://www.editorialmanager.com/nare/Default.asp 登录后确实没有找到 Start a New Submission, 但是没有登录时你会发现该网站贴出了一个重要的通知（见上面的内容），说是2024年9月5号以后需要去新的网站投稿！
