【讨论】incubate应该怎么理解

A 0.1 g amount of chitosan mixed with a 0.0114 g Cd(Ac)2 was dissolved in 50 mL 1% (v/v) HAc aqueous solution and stirring for 24 h to facilitate a chelating balance. The solution has been purged with pure nitrogen gas for at least 30 min under magnetic stirring. Then, 0.0120 g Na2S·9H2O dissolved in 10 mL water was dropped slowly into the vortex of the mixed solution. Finally, the colloidal solution was sealed and incubated for 5 h at 35 °C. 上面是一篇文献中的话，请教大家，这个incubate应该怎么理解，就是直接放在 35 °C下5h吗？ [ Last edited by wdwsnnu on 2009-10-26 at 23:19 ] |
