Asa research-driven and customer-focused company, WuXi AppTec's servicesare designed to assist its global partners in shortening the cycle andlowering the cost of drug and medical device R&D. We are currentlyseeking a computational chemist to join our CADD group: Location: Shanghai, China Job Description: Asa computational chemist, you will be responsible for the application ofcomputational chemistry methods to identify, optimize and develop drugcandidates. In addition, you will interact closely with MedicinalChemists and Biologists, applying CADD methods to the hit-to-lead andlead optimization projects, presenting the modeling results to theclient and communicating with the client on the design idea andstrategies. You will also be proactively involved in projects byexhibiting excellent communication and problem-solving skills todemonstrate value-added support to the client’s projects. Requirements:The qualified candidate will have a PhD in Computational Chemistry orrelated field, Postdoctoral and 2 to 5 years industrial experiencepreferred.
