1. This reveal the interaction between particles and the surface of thin-film. Particles under high-energy bombardment on the surface of thin film lead to breaking of chemical bonds. The associated erosion effect changes the physical structure of surface and increases the surface roughness. 2. Under the same processing procedure, together with the increase of the power density, more and more dense surface granules and there is an increase of the surface roughness. This indicates that the modified surface roughness increases with the power density of treatment, under the same processing procedure. |

it tells us that an interaction happened between particles and thin-film surface. When particles with high energy bombarded the surface of thin film to break the chemical bondings, this erosion effect would change the physical structure of surface and increase the surface roughness. under the same treatment duration, the particle-like papillas became more and more denser and surface roughness increased along with the increase fo power density. It exhibits that the surface roughness by surface modification increases with the power density of treatment, under the same treatment duration. |
