2 在相同的处理时间下,随着功率密度的增加,表面颗粒状突起也越来越密集,表面粗糙度也越来也大。这表明,在相同的处理时间下,处理的功率密度越大,表面改性的粗糙度越大。

it tells us that an interaction happened between particles and thin-film surface. When particles with high energy bombarded the surface of thin film to break the chemical bondings, this erosion effect would change the physical structure of surface and increase the surface roughness.
under the same treatment duration, the particle-like papillas became more and more denser and surface roughness increased along with the increase fo power density. It exhibits that the surface roughness by surface modification increases with the power density of treatment, under the same treatment duration.

2. Under the same processing procedure, together with the increase of the power density, more and more dense surface granules and there is an increase of the surface roughness. This indicates that the modified surface roughness increases with the power density of treatment, under the same processing procedure.
