什么问题？能否具体一些好让人帮忙 GIXRD = grazing incidence X-ray diffraction fix the incidence angle i.e., the X-ray tube angle, then do detector scan it typically is used to measurement thin films, to avoid the signal from substrate. Do not be confused with XRR = X-ray reflectivity, which X-Ray tube and detector are coupled and do normal scan as low angle, typically 0.01 ~ 10 degrees, depending on the thickness of your film. |
