计算时出现这个该怎么办

默认的那就太小了。自己设置一下。用%mem来设置。  比如常规的可以比如 %mem=16GB   根据你自己的硬件配置实际情况来设置

你用的高斯什么版本？ 并且下次要贴出来输出文件里面的内容。只说个2070没法判断问题。

你用的是32bit版的高斯。最大支持1GB内存左右。 所以写7GB肯定是不行的
