Prepared by impregnation with an equal volume of the molar ratio of 10,3,1,1 / 3,1 / 10, the load capacity of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% of the MF/Al2O3 particles. A typical synthesis process is as follows: First, take a certain amount of Al2O3 calcined at 500 degrees for 4 hours, sieving to 20-40 mesh retained. Al2O3 parameters listed in Table 1. The  particles with Mn/Fe molar ratios of 10, 3, 1, 1/3, 1/10 and different loading were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation [17]. A typical synthetic procedure was as follows: firstly took a certain amount of  Al2o3 calcined at 500C for 4 hours, then retained them as support (20-40 mute). Properties of Al2o3   are listed in Table 1. According to the calculated molar ratio and loading, took quantitative  Fe (NO3) 3  and Mn(NO3)2  into solution by adding deionized water. Further, sprayed the mixed solution into  particles (5g) and instantaneous stirred at the same time. sealed and aged for 24 hours in the air, and then transferred them to thermostatic drying oven dried for 2h at 110C, followed by 1 C/min rate temperature-programmed to 500C and calcinated for 4h, the final cooled to ambient temperature. Besides, considered partially alkali neutralization, 0.0135mol tetramethy-lammonium hydroxide (25%, AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) and 0.0135mol aqueous ammonia ( AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) are used in the process of impregnation. Definitions of the above samples are shown in Table 2.

Properties of Al2O3 are listed in Table 1. According to the designed molar ratios and loadings, certain amounts of Fe(NO3)3 and Mn(NO3)2 were uniformly  mixed with deionized water. The mixed solution was then vaporously sprayed into Al2O3 particles (5g) which were simultaneously stirred for uniformity. This mixture was sealed and aged for 24 hours in the air, and then was transferred into a thermostatic drying oven and was kept drying at 110C for 2 hours. After all these steps, the temperature of the mixture was raised at a rate of 1C/min to 500 C and annealed at this temperature for 4 hours, and then cooled down to the room temperature.
