| 以等体积浸渍法制备了摩尔比为10,3,1,1/3,1/10,负载量为5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%的M-F/Al2O3颗粒。典型合成过程如下:首先取一定量的Al2O3在500度煅烧4小时后筛分至20-40目留用。Al2O3参数列于表一。根据已计算的Mn、Fe摩尔比及负载量,称取定量Fe(NO3)3及Mn(NO3)2溶于去离子水中,搅拌至均匀。将混合溶液以气雾形式喷入瞬时搅拌的Al2O3颗粒中,密封老化24h,而后转入110℃下恒温干燥箱干燥2h,接着以1℃/min的速率程序升温至500℃焙烧4h,最后退火冷却至室温。另外,考虑到浸渍过程酸碱中和方式的影响,实验过程还分别添加了四甲基氢氧化铵(0.0135mol)及氨水(0.0135mol)进行比较。 |

The mixed solution was then vaporously sprayed into Al2O3 particles (5g) which were simultaneously stirred for uniformity. This mixture was sealed and aged for 24 hours in the air, and then was transferred into a thermostatic drying oven and was kept drying at 110C for 2 hours. After all these steps, the temperature of the mixture was raised at a rate of 1C/min to 500 C and annealed at this temperature for 4 hours, and then cooled down to the room temperature. Because of considering the possible effect of the partially alkali (-acidic) neutralization, 0.0135mol tetramethy-lammonium hydroxide (25%, AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) and 0.0135mol aqueous ammonia ( AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) were, respectively, employed in the sample preparation for comparison. The homogenous solution was then vaporously sprayed onto Al2O3 particles (5g) under simultaneously stirring for uniformity. The mixture was sealed and aged for 24 hours, and then was transferred into a drying oven at 110℃ for 2 hours. The mixture was heated up to 500℃ at a rate of 1℃/min, this temperature was maintained for 4 h. Furthermore, to study the effect of impregnation solution acidity, 0.0135mol tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide (25%, AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) and 0.0135mol aqueous ammonia (浓度, AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd) were also added in the impregnation solution, respectively. Definitions of all the catalysts are shown in Table 2. |
