3. There is considerable  pairing  of  rows  and  buckling  of  layers.
4.This  allows  high speed  measurements  of  I(E)  spectra  with  a  maximum  rate  of one  intensity  data  point  per  energy  and beam  within  the  time  of  a  video  half  frame¡£
5.In  addition  to  the  9  integer  order  spots  6 half  order  spots  were  measured  resulting  in  a  data  base  of  total  energy  width  A E  =2260eV
