Introduction We have to be keenly aware of our mission to achieve 100% customer satisfaction while providing the best possible service. In this manual, we globally introduce authorized visual identities regarding Yamaha service activities for the following object. We want to improve high-quality image of the Yamaha service and aim at greater recognition, permeation and fixation. Service Visual Identity more effectively increases the value of the Yamaha service by controlling its visual representation, and shows to the customers what all the Yamaha service shops have been standardized and able to provide high-quality service. While at the same time being a symbol of the philosophy of Yamaha Service, becoming a source of pride for each service staff. We would choose the visual identities from all the Yamaha service activities annually, and accumulate them to this Visual Identity Manual. |
