图片数据引用版权问题 已有5人参与

我文章中摘取了文献里一张图的部分数据重新画了一张图，这张图和文献原图很相似，现在编辑问我说明图片版权问题 You cited reference 57, 1, and 2 in the caption for figure 8, S1 and S2. Please clarify if these figures are adapted or reprinted from the cited source, or if the artwork is original and you are using only data from the source. Please upload written permission to reprint any figures that have been published elsewhere for which you do not own the copyright (even for your own work if you assigned copyright at the time of previous publication), or explain in the response letter why permission is not needed. Please edit your figure captions to specify that the figure is reprinted with permission from reference X (or provide the full source information if not referenced). If figures are being reprinted from other ASM/TMS publications, you do not need to request permission but you must indicate in the caption that the figure is being reprinted, and give the reference number or full source. If you have adapted figures printed elsewhere for which you do not own the copyright, please upload copies of the original figures as "Permission" file type so that we may compare the original and modified figures. Edit your figure captions to specify that the figure is adapted from reference X or the full source information. For figures published in open access journals, the use of the figures in a commercial publication may or may not require permission depending on the terms of the Creative Commons license. Please follow the steps in the permission process at the source journal website and check the license details of the articles where the figures were originally published to determine what usage is allowed and what usage requires permission. Please be sure to add all the required wording in the figure captions, including the type of Creative Commons license and any required link to the license, as specified by the journal publisher. (Example: Reprinted from reference X, under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY license.) 慎重考虑这个邮件！ 1. 如果是你原创的数据和图，仔细的给他解释就行； 2. 如果是别人的数据，但是你自己做的图，要说明数据来源问题和许可问题； 3. 如果是别人的数据，别人的图，一定要得到许可。即使得到许可，也不建议使用，因为这不是原创的。 以后一定注意这些问题，这是再给自己挖坑，一定要原创！ |
