In Fig. 2, the temperature and width dependence of electron conductance for BNNRs are shown. Of which Figs. 2(a) and 2(c) depict the electron conductance of Z-BNNRs and A-BNNRs as a function of temperature, respectively.

中文意思（翻译出来也有点怪怪的，知道什么意思就行吧，）：
图二中，我们给出了具有温度和宽度依赖关系的BNNR电导。 其中在图2（a）和2（b）分别描绘了 Z-BNNRs 与 A-BNNRs 随着温度变化的电导。

“of which” 我是想表达的“其中”的意思

希望虫子们能帮我想想如何改改。

楼上的有点我不明白的是width dependence of the electron conductance之间可不可以不加of？ 看不懂意思，不知道为什么前面BNNRs的电导用for，而后面Z-BNNRs之类的用of，我觉得应该要统一一下吧。另外因为可能电导不止一个（有多个图），所以都改成了复数形式，楼主自己看看是用复数还是用单数吧。
the temperature and the width dependence electron conductances for BNNRs are shown in Fig.2, where the temperature dependence electron conductances for Z-BNNRs and A-BNNRs are shown in Fig. 2(a) and Fig. 2(b), respectively.

不明白你想表达什么意思,最好中文也贴出来.第一句主语太长,语序貌似也有问题
width ---the width?
Fig. 2 shows that the temperature and the width depend on the (change of ??)electron conductance (for/of?) BNNRs.

Of which Figs.多余
2(a) and 2(c) 做主语不合适 直接写the electron conductance of Z-BNNRs 2(a)  and A-BNNRs 2(c) are shown as a function of temperature ( )in the figure.
括号内可以加for 什么什么进行修饰

后面一句是否想强调这两种物质的电导也测量了？因此，两句合为一句：
