【求助】请教GC-MS溶剂延迟问题

Agilent GC-MS(6890N /5973N)不分流进样，溶剂延迟3min。是否意味着延迟分流阀开启时间为3min？如果升温程序欲从50度以10度/min的速度升至300度，应如何设置升温程序？是否先保持柱温50度，保持时间要多长？ 谢谢！ |

A审稿人问的。看了楼上几位朋友的回复，明白了不少。麻烦几位帮我看看，如何回答？ 我的GC升温程序：The GC temperature was programmed as follows: from 50 to 120 ◦C at a rate of 10 ◦C min−1 and then to 300 ◦C at a rate of 3 ◦C min−1, where it was held for 2 min. 审稿人的问题：In splitess mode, does "solvent delay" indicate delay in split valve opening? In such a case, usually oven temperature is maintained at isotherm until valve opens, in the operative conditions reported at lines 103-105, after 3 minutes, temperature has already reached 80°C. |
