收到捷克国家科学基金评审邮件--是不是骗子？ 已有10人参与

今天收到一封捷克国家科学基金评审邮件，给账号怎么都登录不了，而且账号也很奇怪！邮件附后！ 不知其他虫友是否收到类似邮件，如果是骗子邮件，其他虫友请警惕！ Dear Dr. ****, I am contacting you on behalf of the Czech Science Foundation (www.gacr.cz/en), the main public funding agency in the Czech Republic supporting all areas of basic research. We kindly request your participation in our review process. Considering your experience and research focus, we would greatly appreciate if you would accept our invitation to review the project proposal No. 24-10860S entitled: Role of HIF-1alpha in fasting-induced cardioprotection You will find the abstract at the end of this e-mail. Please note that the evaluation of project proposals is processed electronically. The review has to be written in English. Please let us know whether you are able to accept this invitation or not within two weeks from now by 08 August 2023 by selecting the corresponding option at the address: https://review.gris.cz. The evaluation of the ten-page project is expected within four weeks. However, in case that you need more time, you can change the deadline for your review in the on-line application. Remuneration of 2500 CZK (approx. 100 EUR, 107 USD) will be available for the completed review. This will be paid upon request subject to the final electronic submission of review, provision of the payment processing information and completion of the whole evaluation process. In case the project does not fit within your area of expertise, we would be grateful if you could recommend an alternative reviewer. The above mentioned project is already in its second phase, to which only high-quality projects have been selected. Your evaluation will help us to select the best quality projects for funding. In view of the changes in the evaluation process, the evaluation scale of projects has been adjusted in the following way: - outstanding (A1): The proposed research addresses important challenges at the international level. The objectives are ambitious and beyond the state of the art (e.g. novel concepts and approaches or development between or across disciplines). The proposed research is high risk/high gain but scientific approach is feasible. The project, if successful, can substantially advance the present state of the art. - excellent (A2): High quality proposal in nearly all aspects, highly competitive at the international level. The project, if successful, will be able to fill important gaps of knowledge. - very good (B): A quality proposal competitive at the International level. The project will likely generate multiple papers in highly rated scientific journals. - average (C1): The proposed research is very standard and not competitive at international level/or scientific approach is likely not feasible. - poor (C2): The proposed research is poor and not comparable with usual international standards or has serious shortcomings. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
