为啥被拒了呢？

投了一篇Catalysis communications的文章，等了好久今天终于回复了，结果是Reject。 文章用了三个审稿人，估计是开始一个建议接收，一个建议拒掉，所以找了第三个审稿人，但第三审稿人的意见是小修后接收，编辑给我的回复却是直接拒掉。为什么啊？是不是只要一个拒掉就不能录用了啊？有经验的人士告诉下啊？ Reviewer #1: In my opinion, this manuscript, written in a very focused way, can be accepted for publication in Catalysis Communications after the consideration of the following remarks Reviewer #2: In conclusion, this paper lacks the novelty of the catalyst system attempted and does not have the internal consistency of the conclusions drawn hence, I do not recommend its publication in Catalysis Communications. Reviewer #3: The publication is interesting and therefore recommended for publication after minor alterations. 编辑给的意见：Your manuscript has now been evaluated by three experts in the field. You will see that all of them raise a number of points not satisfactorily tackled in your paper. In particular, Reviewer 2 cannot see enough novelty in your paper since comparable catalytic performance has been obtained before by other authors. Since CatCom is dedicated to fast publication of new and innovative results, I have to reject your manuscript, since this essential aspect is missing in your paper.
