I would encourage the author's to revisit the LOQ calculation as the signal is the height of the peak after background subtraction. While the calculation is correct, how do the authors define the standard deviation of the background since it was removed? Was error propagation performed in this case? The data in Fig 7 does not show the background, which would help convince the reader. Please be rigorous in the important LOQ estimate. 我做的是电化学分析方向，在做曲线的过程中由于电容背景较大，导致DPV曲线基线不是平的，所以我将曲线的DPV曲线减去了空白的DPV曲线，就是扣除了背景，但是在计算检出限和定量限时，审稿人问了这样一个问题，说我既然把背景扣除了我怎么得到的空白信号的标准偏差，同样如果我用一个空白DPV再扣除背景的话会不会又进行了误差传播。 确实不知道怎么修改怎么回复了，希望能得到大家的帮助，不甚感谢！！！ |
