PEG也可以叫PEO，下面引自文献Biomaterials 21 (2000) 121}130
The amount of PEO grafted on PET-AA was measured using a fuorescence method as follows. Fluorescamine (30 mg) was dissolved in dioxane (100 ml).
A known amount of amino-terminated PEO was dissolved
in a sodium phosphate-bu!ered solution (0.05 M,pH 9) and mixed with the fuorescamine solution toobtain #uorescamine-primary amine complexes. The fuorescent intensity of the complexes (excitation: 390 nm, emission: 475 nm) was measured using a #uorescence spectrophotometer (RF-5301PC spectrof uorophotometer, Shimadzu, Japan) to construct a standard calibration
curve.
In order to determine the amount of PEO grafted,
PET-PEO "lm (3]3 cm2) was added to a vial containing
a 6 N HCl aqueous solution (10 ml) and heated at 1203C
for 1 h using an autoclave, and the pH of the solution was
adjusted to 9 using a 6 N sodium hydroxide aqueous
solution. A sodium phosphate-bu!ered solution (6.5 ml)
and #uorescamine solution (2.5 ml) were then added to
the pH-adjusted solution (1 ml); thereafter, the #uorescent
intensity of the solution at 475 nm was measured.
The amount of grafted PEO was calculated using the
previously constructed standard calibration curve.
