审稿人提到了对映体的立体结构，本人论文研究不涉及手性碳的研究，不是很懂，想知道怎么理解这个问题，立体结构怎么看，需要怎么验证呢 The addition of the alkyllithium reagent to the imine generates a new stereocenter in the resulting compounds 1-4 and 6. Of course both enantiomers are formed in a 1:1 ratio, but what is the configuration in the crystal structures of compounds 1-4 and 6? Furthermore, the addition of sec-Buli generates two adjacent stereocenters in compound 2. What are their configurations/stereochemical relation in the crystal structure?
