|
八角籽壳油脂的提取及残渣利用性分析 摘要：用索氏法分别提取八角籽和果壳挥发油，用气相色谱法测定了挥发油中八种脂肪酸的含量，与常见植物油比较，八角籽挥发油与其他食用植物油脂肪酸组成类似，而八角壳油的脂肪酸含量较低，作香料仍然是首选。即按照食用植物油卫生标准进行检测，并设计了实验室精炼油脂的简单工艺，发现稍加精炼的八角籽油可放心食用。最后分析了残渣八角籽粕和八角壳渣的部分质量指标，探讨了作为动物饲料的可行性。结果表明八角籽粕的蛋白质、粗纤维含量与大豆皮相似，其他理化指标符合饲料卫生标准的要求。参照大豆皮的利用情况，提出八角籽粕的应用构想。 关键词：八角挥发油、脂肪酸分析、油脂检测、精炼、残渣分析 |

| Anise seeds shell oil extraction and residue analysis using Abstract: using saxhlet extraction anise seeds and respectively, nut shell oil gas chromatograph method for determination of the eight kinds of fatty acids in the volatile oil content, and the common, anise seeds and other essential fatty acids, edible vegetable oil and anise shell of fatty acids, low for spices are still preferred. In accordance with the standards of hygiene is edible vegetable, and design a lab refined oil of simple process, found a refined anise seeds oil can be safe to eat. At last, analyzed the residual anise seeds, fertilizer and anise shell parts of slag, discusses the quality indexes as animal feed. The results showed that anise seeds, fertilizer, crude fiber content of protein soybean hulls and other similar, physical and chemical indexes accord with the standards of hygiene requirements.
