Chemical Engineering Communications期刊两次因为英文原因被拒 已有4人参与

期刊到administrator那里直接被拒绝，并没有送外审，具体意见入下： Thanks again for submitting the above manuscript to Chemical Engineering Communications. I regret that the English is not at a level that would allow us to send the paper out for review. Therefore we will be unable to consider the paper for publication in its present form.
