[求助] Chemical Engineering Communications期刊两次因为英文原因被拒已有4人参与

期刊到administrator那里直接被拒绝，并没有送外审，具体意见入下：

想请教一下大家这种因为英文不好的原因被拒应该怎么改善一下，或者是否需要换投啊？（PS：第一次被拒后已经润色过摘要和引言部分，但是投出去还是因为英文被拒）
