审稿意见 已有2人参与

IEEE期刊二审意见返回，一审五个审稿人，二审返回四个审稿人，其中两个还有一点小意见。这是编辑给的回复，请问这种情况还需要外审吗，有可能被拒吗，谢谢 AE Comments: Associate Editor Comments to the Author: The reviewers think the quality of the paper has been improved in the revised version. Meanwhile, one reviewer still presents some constructive comments. I concur with the reviewers' suggestions. The paper can be accepted for publication after a minor revision. |
