请各位吴彦祖帮忙看下，编辑说没选国外审稿人所以被拒，请问可以重新投吗？ 已有4人参与

According to the instructions of Journal of Alloys and Compounds, it is requested to suggest 3 possible reviewers, who are not from your home country. We regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process. Please provide a list (affiliation and e-mail address) of at least three knowledgeable scientists outside your country working in your field who might review the paper. Please note that the e-mail addresses for recommended reviewers must contain a legitimate university, institute or company address (not a generic or personal address). You can re-submit a revised version of your manuscript after addressing the above requirement. 根据《合金与化合物杂志》的说明，建议3名非本国的可能的审查员。 我们很遗憾地通知您，我们不能将手稿纳入正式的同行评审过程。 请提供至少三名在您所在领域工作的国外有知识的科学家的名单(联系方式和电子邮箱地址),他们可能会审阅这篇论文。请注意，推荐审查员的电子邮件地址必须包含合法的大学、研究所或公司地址(不是通用或个人地址)。 满足上述要求后，您可以重新提交手稿的修订版。 投稿的时候，导师不认识国外的审稿人。请问可以重新投吗？还是编辑找个理由拒绝了而已。 |
