帮忙看一下审稿意见

因为第一次投晶体类的文章，所以对于一些审稿意见不是太明白，大家帮忙看一下是啥意思以及如何去回答审稿人，先谢谢大家： 1. There are over 2000 restraints. Need to mention what they are and why they are required. It appears that every lighter atom (C, N and O) has thermal restraints. This could hide unresolved disorder and other potential problems with the structure. 2. Some of the atoms have been left isotropic. In each case a sensible reason is required as to why this has happened. 3. There are atoms at less than full occupancy. These should be briefly commented upon and checked. There are also problems as some result in impossible occupancies, such as OW8 and OW9 are only 2.28A apart yet together total 1.08 oxygen atoms. All should be investigated. 4. Also need to check that got the nitrogen atoms of the imidazole are in the right place. Would expect there to be strong N-H…O hydrogen bonds but not C-H…O, yet for some the C…O distance is shorter than the N…O distance. (see N12/C28, N4/C7) Please check and adjust as appropriate. 5. Some of the bond lengths and angles of the bbi ligand are rather extreme and should be checked as could suggest unresolved disorder. [ Last edited by 豆豆3327 on 2009-9-27 at 08:12 ] |

1. 在你的文章里有超过2000个限定，你要解释限定的具体内容以及为什么要使用这些限定。似乎每一个轻原子C,N,O都有热限定，这可能会将与晶体结构相关的一些问题如不确定的排序紊乱等影响因素掩盖了。 2.一些原子被设定为各向同性，应当对此给出合理的理由，来解释为什么会发生这种现象。 3.一些原子未被完全使用，应当对此进行检查并给出简要的讨论。还有一些问题，他们导致原子不可能的使用（占据），例如加上总的1.08个氧原子OW8 and OW9 的间距仅为2.28A。所有这些应当研究一下。 4.另外，需要咪唑中氧原子是否处于正确的位置，通常强的氢键在N-H…O中形成而不是C-H…O，还有文章中一些C…O 键长比N…O短，请检查并进行适当的调整。 5。bbi ligand 中的一些键强和键角相当极端（与通常值不符），请检查，这些可能暗示了晶体中存在一些不确定的排序紊乱。 本人不搞晶体，可能有些术语用得不准确，翻译的也不流畅，但从总体来看，这篇文章需要下功夫好好改了。 祝早日发表。 |
