【讨论】QSAR计算，如何确定outlier？

QSAR的paper中常常提到一些点是outlier，那么如何才能确定哪些点是outlier呢？就凭那条回归线，偏离线的可以作为outlier？ 还是有什么标准中，希望各位讨论一下，给一点提示。 一篇文献曾这样写的：In general, residual values greater than 2 times the standard error of the residuals generated in the validation procedure are considered outliers. 那么这里的 standard error of the residuals generated in the validation procedure 指的是哪个值呢？ SEE？ 有些糊涂，希望帮忙解惑。  [ Last edited by lei0736 on 2009-11-24 at 21:02 ] |
