不同非金属元素掺杂TiO2的透射电镜图见图5-2所示。由图中可以看出，制备的纯TiO2粒径均匀，大小在20 nm左右；N掺杂TiO2中存在两种尺寸的晶粒，结合XRD计算分析，较大的粒径是金红石相，较小的粒径是锐钛矿相；S掺杂TiO2也存在两种晶型，但晶粒尺寸差别不如N掺杂的明显，这可能是因为晶相组成不同造成的；N-S共掺杂TiO2的粒径最小，约在15 nm左右，与计算值（见表5-1）相符。 请不要直接复制翻译软件！！！！！！！ |

One can see from this figure that highly uniform grain size around 200 nm in diameter can be obtained in the pure TiO2 sample; Two grain sizes can be found in the N-doped sample. With the aids of XRD analyse, the larger grain sizes are the rutile phases, while the smaller are anatase ones; Two different grain sizes are found in the S-doped sample as well.
