不同非金属元素掺杂TiO2的透射电镜图见图5-2所示。由图中可以看出,制备的纯TiO2粒径均匀,大小在20 nm左右;N掺杂TiO2中存在两种尺寸的晶粒,结合XRD计算分析,较大的粒径是金红石相,较小的粒径是锐钛矿相;S掺杂TiO2也存在两种晶型,但晶粒尺寸差别不如N掺杂的明显,这可能是因为晶相组成不同造成的;N-S共掺杂TiO2的粒径最小,约在15 nm左右,与计算值(见表5-1)相符。 请不要直接复制翻译软件!!!!!!! |

| The TEM images of TiO2 samples doped with different non-metallic elements are shown in Fig. 5-2. From the figure, it can be seen that all grains in the pure TiO2 sample are uniform in size which is around 20 nm in diameter; Two grain sizes can be found in the N-doped sample. With the help of XRD measurements, it is found that the large size is ascribed to 金红石相 and the smaller size to 锐钛矿相; Two different grain sizes are also found in the S-doped sample. However, the difference between these two sizes is less than that in the N-doped sample, which may be due to the reason that the phase compositions in the S-doped sample is different from that of N-doped; The grain size in the N-S co-doped sample is the littlest among all samples. It is about 15 nm and it is compatible with the theoretical one (refer to Tab.5-1) |
