I have now read the questions of the other reviewer and the replays, and also the replays to my own questions. I think that the authors have managed to answer my questions in a sound manner and also changed their manuscript according to my recommendations. I can therefore recommend the article to be published.

是的，关于两个审稿人的意见我已修改过，这是第二次编辑写的信。他还有一封信说除了审稿人的意见还有格式问题需要注意一下，但这次就没见有审稿人的意见啊。

我想上面的话也好象是编辑的话。是吗？是不是他建议改格式后发表啊
