芬兰坦佩雷大学循环经济创新团队及导师简介：
循环经济创新研究团队聚焦循环经济创新方向，耦合环境与能源工程，热化学与物化过程，化学反应工程，材料设计与应用催化等多学科方向的科学理论，致力于开发关键性低碳绿色赋能科技，实现可持续化废弃物管理与碳中和，团队主要研究方向包括：1）城镇固废处置技术与可持续化管理；2）废弃物资源回收（战略性原材料，营养元素，能源载体等）；3）废水及生物质废弃物清洁能源利用。团队研究成果2015-2022连续入选ESI高引论文。详见团队网站：https://www.tuni.fi/en/research/circular-economy-innovation。

何老师系坦佩雷大学生物与循环经济副教授，兼任芬兰科学院研究员，循环经济创新研究团队负责人，Climate Neutral Energy Systems and Society研究平台PI。此外，何教授担任芬兰热能研究协会委员，Elsevier期刊Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering和Separation and Purification Technology的Editor， MDPI期刊Waste创刊编委会成员，国际水协IWA坦佩雷大学代表。

2023年CSC-芬兰坦佩雷大学联合奖学金项目英文简介
CSC Tampere University scholarship programme allows up to ten Chinese PhD students to start and complete a full PhD programme with CSC funding at Tampere University annually. For PhD students the funding is up to 48 months in total. Funding is also allocated to 3 visiting researchers and 7 visiting post-doctoral fellows from China to Tampere University. The funding is provided for 6 – 24 months for post-doctoral fellows and for visiting scholars for 3 – 12 months.

The deadline for applications to the joint scholarship programme is this year 10th March for the Chinese applicants. The applicants should have received a definite offer letter from Tampere University when submitting the application to CSC. A letter of acceptance from a doctoral programme is required from the PhD candidates and an invitation letter from postdoctoral fellows and visiting scholars.
If interested in hosting Chinese post-doc fellows or visiting scholars, an invitation letter will need to be issued to the candidate. Please contact Ilkka Virtanen Manager of International Relations, Operations management, ilkka.virtanen@tuni.fi, to receive a template invitation letter. The candidates applying through the CSC Tampere University joint scholarship pool will be shortlisted by the University and a priority candidate list will be provided by the University to CSC. Therefore, please send a copy of the invitation letter and the following documents of the candidate to Ilkka Virtanen by 24th February:
- curriculum vitae
- research plan
- justification and evaluation for hosting the candidate written by the supervisor/host
