One Graduate Assistant Position for fall 2023 is available in Department of Chemical Engineering, College of Engineering and Computing, at the University of South Carolina. We are looking for one self-motivated PhD student dedicated to the cutting-edge research in catalyst materials and electrochemical reaction engineering. The lab focuses on study and development of advanced materials useful as catalysts for energy-related processes, including fuel cell reactions, water electrolysis, and hydrogen storage. The candidate will be trained based on his/her own research interests and multi-disciplinarily in electrochemical reaction engineering, materials chemistry, and catalysis science. The University of South Carolina is a public, R1 research university in Columbia, South Carolina, United States. It is the flagship of the University of South Carolina System and has a strong PhD program in Chemical Engineering. The candidate will be given full financial supports plus tuition waiver and health benefits during the time of graduate study.
